Dngfang Auto-Die Company is a private factory which was built in 1986 passed GB/T19001—2000 idt ISO 9001: 2000 standard on April 8th of 2008. With regard to geographical advantages : north by the capital of Beijing and northeast by traditional industrial city of Tianjin; it also have convenient traffics: Beijing-Shanghai Speedway and State Road No.104 in it`s east, State Road No.106 west. Our factory area is 15,000 square meters, and construction area 6,500 square meters.

Our company is a professional one that directing at new technology to design and manufacture stamping die, injection mould etc. Press tools/dies include motor covering parts, kinds of holding parts, adapting pieces, meter and dies for cooking use etc., injection mounds include plastic dies for car , meter and precision medical use and so on. Our company own a high standard and experienced professional die designing teamwork. Of whom the chief engineer have engaged in die designing and manufacture more than forty years, what′s more, all young engineers graduated as die major from key colleges who can use professional software (such as CAD, CAM, CAE etc.) proficiently. We also have solid technical potential and well-appointed instruments which include NC(numerical control) machine, all types of electro-wire cut machine tools, EDM machine tool, general machinery, milling machine, ginder and planer tool etc.. Our tryout instruments which comprise all kinds of stretching molding hydraulic locomotives(630T, 315T, 200T, 160T, 100T), kinds of tonnage punch and injection molding machine. Meanwhile we use this tryout instruments to process and produce finished part for customers.
